Wastewater Quality Analyst

1. Collect and analyze the wastewater quality of the biogas system, including summarizing the results of various control variables such as COD, PH, TSS, VFA, ALK, and informing the biogas department of the results.
2. Check the sludge levels in CSTR1,2 tanks and UASB 1-4 tanks, and inform the biogas department of the results.
3. Analyze the quality of incoming wastewater/decanter cake according to the quality plan.
4. Store and prepare chemicals in the laboratory to ensure sufficient usage, including proper and safe storage methods.
5. Clean the laboratory and wash glassware and equipment after every analysis.
6. Be responsible for the maintenance of tools, utensils, and various equipment in the laboratory according to the department's asset list, and check the stock of various chemicals.
7. Inspect the quality of all types of goods received for use in the factory, such as kaolin, diesel oil, etc.
8. Analyze and inspect the quality of products in transport vehicles before delivery and record the analysis results in the forms.
9. Analyze and inspect the quality of products in storage tanks to summarize daily reports, including quality control of all types of products in storage tanks and ensuring proper storage methods to maintain product quality.
10. Assist in analyzing and inspecting samples in the production process and record the analysis results in the recording forms, as well as recording the quality analysis results on the installed board to show the status to the production department (Update every hour of operation) (In case there is no water being added to the biogas system).
11. Clear Kernel Silo 1-4 and the 75 Ton Silo once a month.
12. Clean every CPO storage tank with a frequency of 1 time/tank/7 months.
13. Follow the orders of supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in wastewater quality analysis. Age 22 years and above. Good level of reading, speaking, and writing English. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Male
