Stamping and Cutting Machine Engineer
Job Responsibilities Responsible for the operation and performance of stamping and cutting machines in the production process. Install, set up, adjust, test, and commission stamping and cutting machines and related equipment. Troubleshoot and repair machine problems to minimize machine downtime. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to the maintenance schedule. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring problems. Improve machine performance, production efficiency, and cycle time. Reduce machine downtime, defects, scrap, and production costs. Maintain and adjust dies, molds, cutting tools, and other tooling used in the production process. Support the installation, trial run, and commissioning of new machines. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other related departments to solve machine and production problems. Coordinate with suppliers and external technicians for machine installation, maintenance, repair, and modification. Prepare and maintain machine-related reports, maintenance records, and technical documents. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications: Male or Female, age 25–38 years old. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Stamping, Press Machine, Cutting Machine, or related manufacturing processes. Experience in metal stamping, automotive parts, metal parts, or related manufacturing industries is preferred. Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems. Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings. Knowledge of PLC, Servo Motor, Sensor, Inverter, or Automation is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure and handle urgent machine problems. Chinese or English communication skills will be an advantage. Good command of Microsoft Office.
