Production Supervisor

1. Responsible for leading the daily work of the production department, implementing orderly, effective, and scientific management of the production and operation process, and ensuring the smooth progress of the company's production;
2. Continuously establish and optimize management behaviors and teams at all levels of production, provide effective training for department personnel, and manage KPI performance;
3. According to the company's annual management review objectives, effectively implement evaluation, assessment, analysis, and improvement in accordance with the department's work goal plan;
4. Collaborate with technical, process and other departments to continuously improve production processes, optimize parameters, ensure the timely completion of production plans with quality and quantity guaranteed, and enhance the company's overall competitiveness;
5. Responsible for safety production, workshop confidentiality management, 6S management, environmental protection, and maintaining efficient and smooth working relationships with other departments;
6. Promote PIE lean production, visual management, improve efficiency, reduce scrap and various waste, and ensure production line balance;
7. Control equipment, improve equipment OEE, promote equipment TPM, follow equipment SOP and inspection standards to ensure smooth operation of equipment. Strictly follow the company's product process SOP to ensure product quality;
8. Develop a training plan to comprehensively improve the efficiency, safety, process, quality, and equipment capabilities of the production department;
9. Output production reports, analyze production data, and develop production improvement plans;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications: Education: College degree or above，major in mechanical automation or related fields More than 6 years of relevant work experience, with rich experience in production management Familiar with product production processes and 5S management, possessing the ability to evaluate production capacity, manage employees, coordinate and guide production personnel Ability to handle anomalies in the production process, prepare production documents, control defective products, and possess risk management and emergency response capabilities Having knowledge of management systems and understanding of the company's product technology in operation Strong leadership skills, judgment and decision-making ability, execution ability, communication ability, planning and promotion ability, Sino Thai/Anglo Thai, with Myanmar employee management experience Proficient in using computers and office software, with knowledge of IATF16949, TS22163, quality management, and knowledge project management
