Production Engineer

1. Improve production processes, work methods, Cycle Time, and Standard Time.
2. Solve production issues through Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
3. Improve OEE, Productivity, and efficiency through Kaizen / Continuous Improvement.
4. Improve process quality by reducing Defects, Rejection, and Process Variation.
5. Support New Model, Trial Production, and Initial Production activities.
6. Drive Cost Reduction, minimize losses, and support risk control and compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, OEE, PFMEA, and Control Plan. Good command of English. Japanese language skills will be an advantage. Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Fresh graduates are welcome !
