Direct Procurement Engineer

1. Drive Cost Reduction activities, including Value Engineering / Value Analysis (VE/VA), and negotiate part prices and business terms with suppliers.
2. Analyze and manage Cost Up activities and price adjustment requests.
3. Manage and follow up on 4M Change activities with suppliers and related departments.
4. Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers, including Localization projects.
5. Follow up on supplier-related costs, manage risks, and ensure compliance with company regulations and governance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Automotive Engineering. Experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, Cost Analysis, or Supplier Management is a plus. Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Fresh graduates are welcome !
