Exchange Consultant

1. Prepare various equipment for front-counter customer service
2. Prepare and verify the stock of various currencies at the counter to ensure sufficient service capacity
3. Perform foreign currency buy-sell-exchange transactions to meet the targets set by the company
4. Provide accurate and complete information regarding the company's various services
5. Summarize end-of-day reports and return stock accurately and completely
6. Receive inquiries and provide advice to customers
7. Support other departments based on skills and abilities
8. Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher 1-2 years or more of experience in customer service Service-minded, punctual, able to work under pressure, and able to solve various problems appropriately Able to control emotions regarding customers and the team Possess good communication, memory, and summarizing skills Possess money counting skills Able to work on a rotating schedule including Saturdays - Sundays and public holidays Able to use MS Office programs at a good level Able to communicate in English at a good level Experience in foreign currency exchange will be specially considered Have SERVICE MIND
