Production Supervisor (Fluent in Chinese) Chonburi

1. Production Management

• Assign daily work plans to Line Leaders and monitor performance, providing timely reports. • Monitor production progress according to plans and production orders, while resolving or reporting issues occurring on the production line. • Ensure employees strictly adhere to GMP standards and verify the accuracy of production records (Batch Record). • Coordinate and resolve abnormalities occurring during production or from machinery, including reporting emergencies. • Monitor and drive projects for production efficiency improvement and waste reduction. • Oversee and manage the handover of work between shifts to ensure efficiency.

1. Machine Maintenance and Safety

• Supervise employees to comply with safety regulations and arrange for daily preventive maintenance (PM), including preparing maintenance records. • Control employees to strictly follow SOP to prevent machinery accidents and maintain workplace safety.

1. 5S Management and Production Area Environment

• Manage and inspect the correct sorting, storage, and disposal of recyclable materials and waste. • Oversee and inspect the cleanliness around machinery and work areas. • Inspect the orderliness, storage, and cleanliness of the working environment according to 5S principles.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in main production line management, or at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing QA position or as a Process Technician. Good knowledge and experience in GMP. English proficiency at a good level, able to read and write business documents. Knowledge of production floor management, 5S, production hygiene, quality control, and effective communication. Good health and able to work on a Rotating 3-Shift Schedule.
