Marketing Officer

1. Oversee marketing activities, customer contact, and service; receive information from customers to coordinate and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee sales promotion work, create promotions to stimulate sales, and coordinate with customers to prepare quotations, present work, and request meetings.
3. Prepare and support documentation, quotations, and other related marketing documents.
4. Responsible for POs and receiving orders from customers.
5. Support and take care of the company's customers.
6. Develop marketing strategies for product goods.
7. Present new products for development and sale.
8. Present all types and categories of products that the company produces and distributes.
9. Prepare reports to analyze monthly sales.
10. Oversee public relations media, including storefronts, print media, and online media.
11. Conduct market research for product development, prepare marketing data, survey competitors, and analyze competitors.
12. Coordinate regarding the designs used in the production of each piece of work.
13. Track products to ensure timely delivery according to the specified schedule.
14. If a piece of work is damaged or claimed, coordinate to order the production of a new replacement piece.
15. After-sales service (responsible for resolving various problems that occur after product delivery).
16. Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 22 years and above, not exceeding 30 years (Males must have completed military service). Diploma - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, International Communication, English, or other related fields. Good skills in speaking, reading, and writing English. Able to use computer programs including word, excel, power point, outlook, and other basic programs well. Work experience will be specially considered. Possess communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; articulate and agile in speech. Enthusiastic, responsible, patient, diligent, and honest. In good physical health with no chronic diseases. Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license. New graduates are welcome. Those who have been vaccinated will be specially considered.
