Head of Human Resources Department

We are looking for a Head of HR to join our team. The main focus of this role is mass recruitment and ensuring full compliance with Armenian Labor Law, while supporting the company's goals through effective HR practices.

High-Volume Recruitment: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, focusing on rapid, mass hiring strategies tailored for FMCG operational needs.

Labor Law and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the RA Labor Code and maintain precise personnel documentation.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a healthy, positive culture.

Strategic Support: Partner with management to align HR activities with the company's goals.

Team Leadership: Guide and support the daily work of the HR team.

5+ years of experience in HR Management.

Strong experience in Mass Recruitment / High-Volume Hiring (Mandatory).

Deep knowledge of RA Labor Law (Mandatory).

Experience in FMCG, food industry, or retail is a plus.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of AS-Wages (ՀԾ-Աշխատավարձ) is a plus.
