3D FOOTWEAR CAD & PATTERN ENGINEER (Pattern Maker)

• Design and develop shoe Upper Patterns on 3D Last/Shell using CAD software (focusing on Phino 3D)
• Flatten 3D components into 2D Patterns, including technical details such as Seam, Notch, Punch, Fold, Skiving, Perforation, and various symbols
• Define and manage various Allowances, such as Lasting Allowance, Stitching Allowance, Edge Fold, and Seam Allowance
• Separate Pattern components according to shoe structure, such as Vamp, Quarter, Tongue, Lining, Binding, Strap, Puller, etc.
• Perform Pattern Grading from the sample size to multiple sizes, covering both length and width
• Verify Pattern accuracy and consistency with the shoe structure, including conducting Fitting trials with the product development team
• Prepare files for production, such as Cutting File, Plotter, BOM, and production supporting documents
• Coordinate with the design team, engineering, and factories to ensure compliance with standards, quality, and specified timelines
• Continuously develop and improve workflows, Libraries, and Pattern standards

Working days: Monday-Saturday 08.00-17.30 (Off on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month)

Qualifications: Male - Female Age 25-45 years old Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Product Design, Leather Goods, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields At least 2 years of experience in footwear Pattern making Understanding of shoe structure, production processes, and materials used Ability to read technical drawings and symbols, and possess basic English communication skills Detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure Creative and attentive to work quality
