About the company
Media Group is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to staff the IT department, with the main objective of providing technical user support and participating in the management of the corporate IT infrastructure.
Your tasks
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar IT Support position.
- Experience in user support (hardware/software) and very good knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Office).
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience in a Windows Server environment.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V / VMware).
- Good knowledge of technical English.
- Driver's license and owned means of transport (ability to perform business trips within and outside Athens - rarely).
- Team spirit, responsibility, initiative, and willingness for continuous learning.
- On-call readiness to cover emergencies.
Requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Informatics (University, SAEK/formerly IEK, or equivalent). Additional technical certifications will be considered.
- Advanced knowledge of networks (VLANs, switching, routing, firewalls, VPN).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
