Japanese Restaurant Manager (KAMOME Sriracha)

Your tasks

1. Overall Restaurant Management

• Supervise and control restaurant operations to ensure they meet standards.
• Plan sales and drive performance to achieve Sales Targets.
• Control Food Cost and Labor Cost.

2. Team Management

• Plan manpower and manage staff schedules.
• Train staff in service and Japanese restaurant standards.
• Evaluate performance and develop team potential.

3. Food Quality and Service Control

• Inspect ingredient quality, freshness, and food preparation standards.
• Maintain customer service standards to ensure impression.
• Handle complaints and resolve immediate problems.

4. Stock and Purchasing Management

• Monitor stock of ingredients and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers.
• Control Waste Control.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and performance summaries.
• Control cash and verify daily income–expenses.

6. Hygiene and Safety Standards Maintenance

• Control restaurant cleanliness according to sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

1. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Female
2. Age not exceeding 45 years
3. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
4. Have knowledge and experience in restaurant management for at least 3 - 5 years (experience in Japanese restaurants will be specially considered)
5. High leadership and team management skills, decisive
6. Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, good coordination skills, and a service mind
7. Knowledge of cost control and sales analysis
8. Good problem-solving skills, able to work in shifts and work on holidays
9. Understanding of Japanese culture and service standards
10. Able to communicate in English (ability to communicate in Japanese will be specially considered)
11. Residing in Sriracha, Chonburi area will be specially considered
