Technical Procurement Specialist

abra is recruiting a Technical Procurement Specialist.

As part of the role, you will manage and lead procurement processes for mechanical items (machining, assembly, and raw materials) and electronic components, sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers and subcontractors domestically and abroad, receiving quotations, performing comparisons, and conducting commercial and technical negotiations, leading cost reduction processes and improving procurement terms while maintaining quality and availability, working with technical specifications and engineering requirements to perform procurement tailored to the company's needs, opening purchase orders and continuously monitoring deliveries, delivery times, and shortages, working routinely with internal interfaces – Engineering, Production, PPC, Quality, and Finance. And working with suppliers and freight forwarders abroad and supporting import and export processes.

Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday in Rishon LeZion.

• Previous experience in technical procurement of mechanical items (machining, assembly, and raw materials) and electronic components – Required.
• Experience in commercial negotiation and leading procurement processes independently – Required.
• Practical experience in import, export, and international shipping processes – Required.
• Ability to work with and understand technical specifications and requirements – Required.
• Good level of English, written and spoken – Required.
