Technical Field Technician

abra is recruiting a Technical Field Technician. As part of the role, troubleshooting and solving mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults, providing real-time customer support at installation sites, documenting faults, solutions, and recommendations for improvement. Working with development, production, and engineering teams, training customers and maintenance personnel, participating in the setup, maintenance, and upgrading of the company's systems, frequent travel within Israel and abroad according to project needs, and more. Full-time position, Sun-Thu in Ness Ziona. Proven experience in fault diagnosis, problem-solving, and maintenance of complex technical systems – mandatory. Hands-On experience working with mechanical, electrical, electronic, or hybrid systems – mandatory. Experience in field work with customers – mandatory. Knowledge of motors, sensors, drive, and control systems. Very good English level, including technical communication with customers and partners abroad – mandatory.
