Junior Brand Manager

A particularly sweet opportunity to grow in the world of big brands Stoubi is looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join the marketing team, performing a variety of roles including managing the marketing activities of leading and well-known brands, foremost the chocolate brand Chokata. The role combines creative marketing thinking, business understanding, and diverse action, from planning marketing moves to seeing them happen in the field. What does the role include?
Your tasks
- Building and implementing marketing plans, campaigns, and activities to promote brands.
- Routine work with advertising agencies, suppliers, and business partners in Israel and abroad.
- Analyzing brand performance, sales, profitability, and market shares, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Managing and monitoring marketing budgets and commercial activities.
- Leading marketing projects and working with various interfaces in the organization, including trade, sales, and trade marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / Communication or another relevant field – Mandatory.
- Previous experience in brand management – An advantage, preference for the consumer goods sector.
- Marketing and creative thinking alongside high analytical abilities.
- Ability to lead processes and work with multiple interfaces.
- High level of English – Mandatory.
- Full proficiency in Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Initiative, independence, ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, and a desire to learn and develop.
