Head of Research and Development (R&D)

• Plan, control, and monitor the operations of the department
• Develop new products, plan, control experiments, and prepare samples
• Research and verify information to develop and improve products and production processes
• Calculate the product costs of developed or prepared items, as well as factors affecting production costs
• Research, collect, and provide relevant food-related information
• Control documents and records related to quality systems

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree Field of Science / Food Technology / Product Development / Agro-Industry or related fields Have at least 1-3 years of experience in the food industry, food product development, or food processing Able to communicate in English Able to use computer programs MS. Word / Excel / powerpoint, and B-plus software Able to use Office365 or other related programs Have experience in quality systems such as ISO9001 / BRCGS / GHPs / HACCP, etc.
