Corporate Accountant

For MicroPoint, a technology company that manufactures tools and machines for the semiconductor field, a Corporate Accountant is required. Reporting to the CEO and working alongside the company owners. Member of the management team. Scope of position: Full-time. Workplace: Yokneam Illit Responsibilities Preparation of the company budget and profit and loss statements. Monitoring, analysis, and control of performance against the budget. Preparation of profitability analysis for various profit centers. Involvement in procurement processes – cost reduction and inventory level management. Management of reporting and receipt of funds in various programs from government entities: Israel Innovation Authority, Investment Center, Ministry of Economy ("Kesef Chacham" etc.), with the assistance of various external consultants serving the company. Management of pricing policy and performing feasibility analyses for transactions/products/customers. Involvement in the pricing process – calculating cost and selling price. Payroll control in the company.

Academic degree in Accounting / Economics Mandatory experience in a similar role in a manufacturing and exporting technology company Preference for experience working with a Board of Directors / company owners Preference for experience with ERP systems (Priority) and familiarity with payroll and attendance software Managerial ability and a broad systemic vision. High analytical ability. High level of English – speaking, reading/writing.
