Wanted: CNC Manager, Machining Workshop

Routine management of a machining factory and production departments. Management of employee teams, team leaders, and programmers. Full responsibility for meeting production, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency targets. Planning and control of production processes and continuous improvement. Working with internal interfaces. Handling complex technical problems and providing professional solutions. Leading organizational culture, safety, and quality.

Significant experience in the medical, aerospace, defense, or semiconductor industries. Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100. High-level technical English.

We are looking for a professional from the field, who knows the machines, knows how to program, knows how to solve problems, knows how to manage people, and can lead a factory forward with a broad business and operational vision.

• Experience in managing a factory or a production department in the field of CNC: turning, milling, and grinding.
• Deep knowledge in operating and programming CNC machines, milling, and turning.
• Full understanding of production processes, fixtures, cutting tools, measurements, and quality control.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings at a high level.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and CNC programming software.
• Understanding of job pricing, load planning, and resource management.
• Ability to lead employees, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate teams.
• Systems thinking, high personal responsibility, and decision-making ability.
