Back Office & E-commerce Assistant

A trading and distribution company of medical technology products, with partnerships with leading international houses, is seeking a new partner to support its daily commercial and administrative operations, as well as e-commerce activities.

The position is aimed at an organized, creative, and tech-savvy professional who wishes to gain experience in different areas of the operation and growth of a modern commercial company.

Main Responsibilities

Back Office & Commercial Support

• Entry and management of orders via ERP.
• Issuance of commercial documents and updating of files.
• Communication with customers and partners.
• Support of daily administrative and commercial processes.

E-commerce

• Participation in the development and organization of the new online store, in collaboration with external developers.
• Entry and updating of products, descriptions, photos, and prices.
• Support of the daily operation and order management of the e-shop.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in using ERP software (SOFTONE) and familiarity with basic commercial processes.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Very good familiarity with technology, digital applications, and modern online tools.
• Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Organization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and evolve.

Desired Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital content creation and social media management.
