Planning and conducting foreign language lessons Systematic analysis of the effectiveness of lessons and teaching approaches Organization, monitoring, and assessment of academic achievements, current and final results of mastering the basic educational program in a foreign language Objective assessment of students' knowledge and skills based on testing and other control methods in accordance with the real learning capabilities of schoolchildren Monitoring the availability of workbooks and test notebooks for students, compliance with the established school procedure for their design and maintenance, compliance with the unified spelling regime. Preparation and use of didactic material, visual aids, and handouts in teaching. Timely, as directed by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, filling out and submitting for approval the schedule for conducting foreign language tests. Organization, together with colleagues, of the school stage of the foreign language olympiad, formation of school teams to participate in subsequent stages of the olympiads. Organization of student participation in linguistic competitions, extracurricular subject activities, foreign language weeks, and defenses of research papers and projects. Compliance with occupational safety, fire and electrical safety rules, sanitary and hygienic norms and requirements, labor discipline at the workplace, and the work schedule established in the general education organization.

The teacher must be able to adapt the learning process to the individual needs of students, implement modern technologies in teaching, and be ready for continuous professional development.
