HR Supervisor

Key Roles & Responsibilities •Responsible for end to end recruitment process and also support welfare management and employee engagement activity. •Responsible for people learning & development task including supporting any relevant HRD activities. •Support and co-ordinate with internal management team, vendors, outsources and the government office regarding human resources management and development. •Prepare and monitor any HRM or HRD reports and relevant documents to support HR strategy including internal & external audit. •Lead and coach working team to achieve goals and objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Recruitment or HRD, preferably in Food & Beverage industry or FMCG business with 1-2 years of experience in Supervisor role. Strong leadership and presentation skills Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and social medial platform, experience in using AI is preferred Detail-oriented, accurate, responsible and able to meet deadlines Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible, adaptive, proactive and willing to learn new systems and processes Passion to work for success. Able to work as part of a team and support cross-functional collaboration Good command of English
