Your tasks

• Ensuring the necessary availability of goods in the warehouse.
• Calculating requirements and timely placement of orders with suppliers.
• Searching for and evaluating suppliers: market analysis, comparison of offers, auditing reliability and terms of cooperation.
• Inventory management for assigned product groups, monitoring turnover, and working with non-liquid stock.
• Logistics management.
• Conclusion of contracts: preparation and maintenance of contract documentation and specifications.
• Control of supplies and logistics: tracking shipment deadlines, acceptance of goods by quantity and quality, resolving disputes regarding defects.
• Strategic procurement and import substitution: searching for and launching alternative raw material suppliers from Russia and China. Testing samples together with a technologist.
• Operational procurement: processing purchase requests, timely placement of orders, monitoring supply deadlines and quality, creating safety stocks for critical items.
• Negotiations with suppliers: agreeing on prices, deferrals, discounts, and penalties. Conducting tenders and competitive procurement. Hard bargaining in crisis conditions.
• Inventory management: standardization, monitoring balances, preventing both shortages and overstocking. Working with non-liquid stock.
• Quality and documentation control: incoming inspection of raw materials, checking certificates, filing claims.
• Budgeting and savings: planning the procurement budget, price analysis, searching for opportunities to reduce costs without loss of quality. Calculating the total cost of procurement.
• Cross-functional interaction: working with production, sales department, finance, and logistics. Informing about new materials and price changes.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably technical or economic.
• Work experience of at least 2 years, predominantly in the field of procurement.
• English language at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
• Developed communication skills, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and result orientation.
• Proficient use of PC (Excel, ERP-системы, CRM, Битрикс 24).

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 4 years
