Shift Supervisor (Power Plant)

1. Main Responsibilities

Control power plant operations by following Manuals or Procedures as specified and with maximum efficiency.

1. Duties

2.1 Inspect and suggest WIs used in operations and improve them to be accurate and up-to-date at all times. 2.2 Control and supervise the work of subordinates to ensure they work at full efficiency and safety. 2.3 Control Start up / Shut down and resolve problems that occur or may occur to bring the Plant back to normal status as quickly as possible. 2.4 Report situations and prepare incident report documents to superiors; verify Reports in power plant operations. 2.5 Perform repair notifications / inspect and receive repair work when power plant equipment is damaged or operating abnormally. 2.6 Provide consultation, advice, and training to subordinates. 2.7 Oversee safety within the department.

Qualifications: Gender not limited Bachelor's Degree Able to communicate in English Experience with Board Boiler & Turbine for at least 1 - 3 years will be specially considered Experience working in production, engineer, or warehouse lines Able to work in shifts
