Logistics and Customer Service Representative Required - Yokneam

Routine work with suppliers and customers in Israel and abroad. Handling customer orders from the stage of entry into the system until delivery. Monitoring and control of orders, shipments, and distribution to the company's customers. Responsibility for purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and coordination with suppliers. Working with customs brokers and external parties in the field of import and shipping. Generating control reports in Excel and working with internal interfaces such as purchasing, sales, finance, and warehouse. Experience in the logistics field. Previous experience in a similar role in the worlds of service / logistics – an advantage. Academic education. English at a very high level – reading, writing, and speaking. High service orientation and the ability to work under pressure and with multiple interfaces. Ability to commute independently.
