- Leading systemic, performance, environmental, and reliability testing
- Writing test procedures, analyzing results, and producing reports
- Accompanying the product transfer process from R&D to production
- Routine work with project managers, R&D engineers, production, and customers
- Formulating work plans in collaboration with project managers
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in system engineering
- Familiarity with MIL-STD standards
- Experience working with customers
- High level of English
- Ability to present and convey messages clearly
- Ability for independent learning, creativity, and systemic thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
