Recruitment Coordinator, Foreign Language Speaker for a Unique Project

Danel HR is looking for Recruitment Coordinators speaking Amharic, Russian, French, English, or Spanish, to join a large and unique project in the Hadera area.

If you have experience in recruitment, full proficiency in one of the languages we are looking for, and a desire to integrate into a large organization that offers opportunities to develop and advance - we want to get to know you.

What does the role include?

• Managing recruitment processes for various positions in the project
• Posting jobs and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels
• Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
• Matching candidates to the requirements and needs of the project
• Accompanying the recruitment process from the sourcing stage to onboarding
• Routine work and managing interfaces with clients

Requirements

• Full proficiency in one of the following languages: Amharic / Russian / French / English / Spanish - Mandatory
• At least two years of experience in the recruitment field - Mandatory
• Academic degree - Mandatory
• Driver's license - Mandatory
• Good proficiency in Office applications
• Ability to work independently, initiative, and the ability to drive processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment
