Responsibility for customer service, operations, and commercial aspects in the import field. Leading work processes, improving performance, and implementing procedures. Managing ongoing relationships with strategic customers and providing high-level professional responses. Working with shipping companies, airlines, agents abroad, and other internal and external organizational entities. Responsibility for meeting department goals, service quality, and activity profitability.
