- Building the annual work plan and budget for the operations department, performing budgetary controls, managing forecasts, and monitoring compliance with the approved budget.
- Leading tasks and processes from end-to-end, while operating internal and external interfaces until decision-making, implementation, and closing the matter.
- At least 5 years of experience in power plant operations or a complex industrial facility, with a significant preference for experience in a combined-cycle power plant - mandatory condition.
- Significant experience in operating a control room and electricity production systems.
- Previous experience in managing an operations team and/or in a shift supervisor role.
- Proven experience in employee management and leading multiple professional interfaces.
- Ability to analyze events and faults, make decisions, and lead processes under pressure.
- Ability for independent management, motivating employees and interfaces, and leading tasks from end-to-end.
- Ability to manage work plans and budgets.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and operational information systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High-level technical English, reading, writing, and speaking.
