Quality Manager required for a leading company in the Yokneam area

Leading and maintaining the quality policy in the company's plants. Providing quality solutions to the company's customers and managing complaints. Updating, writing, and improving procedures and work instructions. Implementation and maintenance of quality standards ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC. Managing a quality assurance team, including inspectors and laboratories. Responsibility for product control processes. Preparation, execution, and accompaniment of internal and external audits with customers and certification bodies.

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Food Engineering or a relevant field – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing a quality assurance system in a manufacturing organization – Mandatory.
• Preference for experience in the food / packaging / plastic industry.
• Proficiency and familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC standards – Mandatory.
• High level of English, including the ability to draft professional documents in English – Mandatory.
• Experience in managing a team of employees – a significant advantage.
• Management skills, initiative, leading processes, and the ability to work with diverse interfaces.
