Procurement & Sourcing Engineer (Construction Business)

1. Perform sourcing, request quotations, compare prices, prepare purchase orders/service orders, including negotiating prices and terms.
2. Select, evaluate, and manage Suppliers / Sub-Contractors to comply with specified quality, price, and timelines.
3. Handle international procurement and sourcing, from ordering, payment, and shipping to receiving goods, including coordinating product warranties.
4. Perform procurement of engineering materials and equipment; must be able to read drawings and Specifications of materials/equipment and understand relevant engineering standards.
5. Prepare and verify documents, including procurement and service contracts.
6. Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to ensure procurement and sourcing operations proceed according to the plan.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: All genders, aged 26–35 years. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or Sourcing; experience in procuring engineering materials/equipment will be specially considered. Able to read drawings and understand Specifications of engineering materials/equipment. Possess skills in negotiation, price analysis, and Supplier evaluation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel. Able to use basic English for work, especially reading and writing emails. Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license. Possess coordination and follow-up skills; able to work under specified deadlines.
