Sustainability Development Unit Head (Based in Chonburi)

Responsibilities:

• Plan operations in alignment with company policies and ESG guidelines to drive the organization toward both short-term and long-term sustainability goals.
• Implement carbon footprint projects, including coordinating with external agencies for certification or registration of carbon labels.
• Prepare supporting documents and coordinate with working groups and relevant departments to support sustainability system audits from customers and international agencies.
• Monitor ESG trends and new laws to assess potential impacts and risks to the organization, and propose management approaches.
• Communicate knowledge and publicize sustainability information to ensure employees understand and cooperate in operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Environmental Engineering, Environment and Energy, or other related fields. At least 3 - 5 years of direct experience in Sustainable Development. Knowledge of Sustainability Frameworks such as SDGs, Net Zero, and the BCG Model concept, including relevant requirements, laws, and standards. Experience in the Feed-Farm-Food industry will be given special consideration. Good command of English (Speaking/Reading/Writing).
