Assistant Manager, Sustainability Development Department (Work Location: Ban Bueng, Chonburi)

Responsibilities:

1. Define sustainability policies and plans covering economic, social, environmental, and governance dimensions by applying international standards such as SDGs, UNGC, and GRI in alignment with the corporate vision.
2. Assess environmental impacts and develop strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, including monitoring GHG Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions to achieve Carbon Neutrality and Net Zero goals according to SBTi standards.
3. Promote Sustainability processes in the Supply Chain by auditing suppliers on ethics and human rights, and implementing technology (such as Blockchain, IoT) for product traceability.
4. Establish guidelines for employee and community care according to international standards such as SA8000 and UNGP to prevent human rights violations and manage stakeholder grievances.
5. Drive the acquisition of environmental labels, such as Carbon Footprint of Products (CFP) and Carbon Footprint Reduction (CFR) labels, to increase international competitiveness.
6. Communicate strategies and design training curricula to build awareness and consciousness regarding sustainability and animal welfare for employees at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Environmental Engineering, Environment and Energy, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in Sustainable Development within the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Sustainability Frameworks such as SDGs, Net Zero, and the BCG Model, including relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• Holds certification from various food quality and safety system training programs.
• Good command of English (Speaking/Reading/Writing).
• Prior experience in the Feed-Farm-Food industry will be given special consideration.
