As an FG Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and inspecting the quality of finished animal feed to ensure compliance with established standards and requirements. This ranges from sampling, verifying nutritional results, and inspecting packaging and label information to determining product release status. You will also control and manage non-conforming products (NC) to ensure that products are high quality, safe, and compliant with legal requirements and company standards, while also promoting and developing the team's potential to work efficiently and achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify nutritional data of finished feed against specifications to conclude product release status.
  • Supervise the sampling of finished products at the production line according to the Sampling Plan to ensure accurate product representation.
  • Perform 100% inspection of product tags, manufacturing/expiry dates, and packaging integrity.
  • Manage and report the status of non-conforming (NC) products, and coordinate with the production department to implement corrective actions or product segregation.
  • Collect and prepare daily/weekly finished product quality summary reports for submission to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Science, Food Science, or General Science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
  • Knowledge and understanding of food quality and safety systems such as GHP/HACCP, ISO9001/22002.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel/Power BI).
  • Experience using ERP systems (such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of applied statistics for quality control (SPC - Statistical Process Control).
  • English skills sufficient to read technical product manuals, various standards, foreign machinery, and software.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
