Operational System Implementer - Air Force

• Professional training and leadership of a team of training simulator instructors, guidance and professional development of the training team
• Writing, updating, and implementation of combat doctrine and training content
• Professional work with Air Force entities and additional interfaces in the project
• Leading training and implementation processes in a simulative and technological environment
• Routine work at Jolys Camp and activity sites in the north of the country

Requirements:

• Mandatory service as a simulator officer in the Air Force
• Professional experience in the worlds of simulators and training in the Air Force
• Experience in training, mentoring, or professional leadership of instructors
• Ability to write and develop combat doctrine and professional content
• Ability to lead and work with a variety of interfaces
• Intermediate level English
