QA Engineer

Your tasks

Perform manual testing of web applications, POS terminals, APIs, and backend systems. Design, document, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on product and technical requirements. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects. Develop and maintain automated tests to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Test APIs and integrations with external systems. Validate data and troubleshoot issues using SQL queries. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA input during the development process. Maintain clear testing documentation and report testing results.

Requirements

Strong experience in manual testing and test execution. Experience creating and maintaining test automation. Experience with defect tracking tools and test management systems. Good understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience testing REST APIs and working with API testing tools. Good knowledge of SQL and ability to perform database-level validation. Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools. Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases. Good written and verbal communication skills.
