Supply Chain Planning (Good communication in Chinese/English)

1. Receive, verify, and analyze purchase orders (PO) via EDI system (EDI850) for production planning purposes.
2. Plan and schedule daily / weekly / monthly production to align with orders and production capacity.
3. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QC, and MIS teams to ensure production and system data follow the plan.
4. Monitor production and delivery status; adjust plans when problems occur, such as urgent orders, machine breakdowns, or raw material shortages.
5. Update information in ERP / SAP / EIS / SCP / Excel systems and prepare reports for analysis and demand forecasting.
6. Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and various changes, including following up on payment information that does not pass through the automated system.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or Chinese language major. Fluent in Chinese or English communication. Experience in Planning/Supply Chain/Sale coordinate/ or related fields will be specially considered.
