SPM (Supply Chain Project Management)

1. Oversee and coordinate Supply Chain projects related to Mechanical parts for HP products during Mass Production.
2. Execute the qualification and onboarding of new Mechanical part suppliers in Thailand into the production process.
3. Coordinate the qualification and transfer of Tooling for Mechanical parts from China to Thailand.
4. Execute the qualification and implementation of Copy Tooling into the Mass Production process.
5. Coordinate with relevant internal departments such as RD, ID, SQE, Buyer, QA, PE, and Production to ensure projects proceed according to the plan.
6. Coordinate and monitor progress with Mechanical part suppliers, including tracking delivery schedules and resolving related issues.
7. Monitor and coordinate with the Production department regarding Pilot Runs after materials/parts arrive at the factory.
8. Coordinate and support the audit of new suppliers in Thailand for AVL (Approved Vendor List) registration.
9. Prepare and report project progress to customers and relevant departments according to the schedule.
10. Monitor and coordinate to resolve occurring issues to ensure projects can proceed according to plan and are completed on schedule.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher Able to communicate in English; ability to communicate in Chinese will be specially considered Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departments and suppliers Experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, or Manufacturing will be specially considered New graduates are welcome to apply
