SMT Technical Engineer

1. Provide technical support for machinery and equipment

2.Install, set up, and adjust machine parameters for equipment such as Solder Paste Printers, SPI, Pick & Place Machines, Reflow 3.Analyze and troubleshoot machine and process issues that may impact production.

1. Support machine setup, model change, and changeover activities, and verify machine readiness before production starts.

5.Analyze and troubleshoot equipment alarms, machine errors, and process abnormalities, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications: At least 1–2 years of experience in SMT production, SMT equipment, or electronics is preferred. Knowledge of SMT processes and equipment, including Solder Paste Printer, SPI, Pick & Place Machine, Reflow Able to perform machine setup, parameter adjustment Able to work shifts and overtime when required.
