Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for documentation and other support tasks within the department.
  • Prepare departmental performance reports (BOI Job Tracking) for presentation to management.
  • Act as a Chinese interpreter or coordinator within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or those with experience in BOI work.
  • Knowledge and understanding of BOI and Customs Department processes for investment promotion businesses in the electronic products manufacturing industry.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office programs and basic office equipment.
  • Work with meticulousness and prioritize accuracy.
  • Able to complete work within deadlines and set targets.
