Currently, the company operates through online channels (E-Commerce) alongside market expansion through offline channels, and has plans to develop the business to enter international markets in the future.

Your tasks

Duties and Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage sales promotion campaigns through E-Marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Design public relations media, product illustrations, and marketing content using Canva.

Manage and publish content through Social Media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Coordinate with relevant teams to support marketing activities and increase sales efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities Manage and respond to customer inquiries through various online channels politely and professionally.

Provide product information, present products, and coordinate sales with customers.

Coordinate within the organization and with relevant agencies to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

1. Able to use CapCut or other programs for marketing video editing.
2. Have an understanding of online marketing and campaign management on E-Commerce platforms.
3. Have creativity and the ability to propose content development approaches.
4. Able to communicate in English to coordinate business with international customers or partners.
5. Have communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
6. Able to use basic computer programs and prepare reports effectively.
7. Have high responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to complete assigned tasks according to goals.
8. Have enthusiasm, readiness to learn, and to continuously develop new skills.
9. Have a positive attitude and can work effectively in a team.
10. Have agility in working and can adapt to the nature of the work and various situations.
11. Able to coordinate conveniently and respond to work-related communications within an appropriate timeframe.
