Process Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain trim and form processes for optical components.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Design and conduct experiments to test process improvements and validate results.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new procedures.
• Monitor process performance using statistical tools and data analysis to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in trim and form technologies.

Qualifications: เพศชาย-หญิง / อายุตั้งแต่ 23-30 ปี Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the optoelectronics or semiconductor industry. Strong knowledge of trim and form processes, tools, and equipment. Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
