Logistics Specialist

Manage logistics in the organization: create logistics forecasts and plans, design logistics systems and implement them in the organization, calculate logistics costs, develop the logistics budget and ensure its compliance. Manage material and technical supply and procurement: develop procurement plans, coordinate the search for suppliers and the conclusion of supply contracts with them, analyze the terms of supply contracts, ensure the preparation and timely placement of orders with suppliers. Organize warehouse activities. Manage the transportation of goods: select freight carriers, optimize transport and technological schemes for cargo delivery, ensure the conclusion of freight transportation contracts. Organize customs clearance and the release of goods from customs: ensure the preparation and timely submission of customs documentation, ensure customs declaration and the presentation of declared goods upon the request of customs authorities.

Requirements

higher education, English and Chinese language proficiency level no lower than B1, work experience in the field of logistics from 3 years, knowledge of ВЭД
