Wanted: Production Planning and Control (PPC) and Foreign Procurement Manager

The role connects our construction sites in Israel with our suppliers' production lines abroad. You are the person who ensures that the right material arrives at the right site at the right time — and that suppliers produce according to our planning, and not the other way around.

• Supply planning vs. sites: Building a continuous supply plan in coordination with project managers and site schedules, monitoring inventory, and coordinating transport.
• Production planning vs. suppliers abroad: Translating project forecasts into production plans and orders, monitoring production status, Lead times, and sea/air shipping.
• Responsibility for foreign procurement: End-to-end order management, negotiating prices and terms, cost control, and payment tracking.
• Managing relationships with key suppliers: Continuous interface and maintaining long-term relationships, handling deviations, discrepancies, and quality complaints.
• Routine work in the company's ERP system (Priority) — purchase orders, certificates, and inventory tracking.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a PPC / Supply Chain Planning / Foreign Procurement role — Mandatory.
• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers abroad, including coordinating shipping and import — Mandatory.
• High level of English (speaking and writing) — Mandatory.
• Full command of Excel and experience working with an ERP system (advantage for Priority).
• Experience in the construction field, industrialized construction, or building materials — a significant advantage.
• Engineering technician or a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Logistics — an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, orderliness, precision, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Good interpersonal communication and the ability to work with many parties: project managers, sites, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
