Receptionist (Night GSA)

• Check room rate documents and Closeday in the Eazyfo system
• Taking care of guests and front office duties of the hotel throughout the night period
• Providing check-in and check-out services
• Answering inquiries regarding reservations
• Facilitating staying guests
• Handling initial immediate problems
• Making room reservations via the hotel's Facebook page and Line Official
• Preparing various documents for guest check-ins on the following day
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned front area

Qualifications: Male, aged 25 - 45 years old Education: High school graduate or higher Able to communicate in English Has experience in hotel work Has experience as Night GSA Has experience working Night Shift *will be specially considered Has a strong service mind Able to use hotel programs (EASYFO or other programs)
