Job Location: Ramon Airport Scope of Position: Full-time in shifts.

We are looking for the new faces of Israir, those who will welcome our passengers for domestic flights and make the journey an integral part of the experience.

What will you actually do?

• You will be the faces of Israir in the terminal - you will welcome and guide passengers from the moment they arrive at the terminal.
• You will assist passengers in using self check-in kiosks, provide on-site responses, and ensure a pleasant and efficient service experience.
• You will accompany passengers requiring assistance and provide them with personal and professional service throughout the process.
• You will offer upgrades and ancillary services to passengers - with the possibility of rewarding bonuses based on performance.
• If necessary, you will also integrate into check-in counters and other tasks according to operational activity.
