Senior Reporting Accountant for Israir

Israir is recruiting a Reporting Accountant to join the Finance Department. The role includes responsibility for preparing the financial statements of the company and the group in accordance with IFRS standards and compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Israel Securities Authority, while working in a professional and dynamic environment and interfacing with senior management and external parties.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Preparation of consolidated reports for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Preparation of periodic and immediate reports.
• Preparation of disclosures and notes to the financial statements.
• Ongoing work with the external auditors.
• Implementation and application of new accounting standards.
• Preparation of financial materials for management and the Board of Directors.
• Professional support on various accounting matters within the company.
• Working with various departments in the organization.
• CPA license from the Israel Council of Certified Public Accountants.
• 5–7 years of experience post-internship, preferably experience in auditing public companies.
• Experience working according to IFRS standards and in the preparation of financial statements.
• Experience working with the Israel Securities Authority.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• High level of English (reading and writing).
• Ability to work independently alongside teamwork.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines during reporting periods.

Advantage:

• Alumni of audit departments in Big4 firms – Deloitte / EY / KPMG / PwC.
• Experience in preparing consolidated reports (Consolidation).

Job Scope:

Full-time position from the offices in Givatayim + overtime as needed.
