Service Representative for a Premium Call Center at Ruphin College

Isracard is recruiting service representatives for premium customers for a call center at Ruphin College; an opportunity to work with a unique and exclusive audience and provide a personal and advanced service experience!

What will your work look like?

• Accompanying and providing service to the company's premium customers in a personal, professional, and advanced manner, solving complex issues.
• Regular use of computerized systems and a professional and pleasant atmosphere.
• Performance-based compensation and meeting professional standards and service targets, in addition to the hourly wage.
• At the beginning of the role, you will undergo a training course where we will teach you everything you need to know.
• Additionally, training and enrichment activities are conducted as part of the role.

Job Requirements

• Full matriculation (Bagrut);
• High oral and written expression skills;
• Service orientation at a particularly high level;
• Previous experience in providing service to premium/VIP customers – a significant advantage;
• Good level of English;
• Proficiency in working with a computer;
• Training begins on 22.9.2026;
