Solar System Installation Site Engineer / SOLAR SYSTEM SITE ENGINEER

1. Create shop drawings for system installation, as well as Single line diagrams of the solar photovoltaic electrical systems on the rooftops of assigned projects.
2. Prepare the Master Schedule for on-site system installation operations from commencement until final handover and completion for ready-to-use status in accordance with the law, and present it to supervisors for approval (The company will provide training on various system installation processes to employees before actual operation).
3. Inspect, survey, and perform quantity take-offs of various materials and equipment used in solar energy system installation from the drawn designs to ensure they match the actual site conditions, and present them to supervisors for subsequent procurement.
4. Supervise, plan work, and plan manpower appropriately for the task, and control the installation work as designed and drawn in collaboration with contractors and/or owner representatives to ensure work is completed on time according to the schedule approved by the project owner.
5. Plan the requisition and procurement of equipment used for on-site installation to ensure maximum suitability and efficiency.
6. Prepare daily and weekly project progress summary reports for assigned projects to report to supervisors and/or project owners for acknowledgment.
7. Coordinate with relevant parties, such as suppliers, contractors, project engineers, government liaison officers, and various agencies acting as representatives of the project owner, to ensure smooth operations.
8. Prepare as-built drawings or actual installation and single line diagrams based on the site work, including documentation for the handover process upon completion of the work to the project owner or the project owner's representative.
9. Control and execute the connection of power from the solar energy system into the project's main electrical system, and install monitoring systems both on-site and via mobile application for system control and inspection for the project owner's representative.
10. Conduct training for the project owner's representatives to provide knowledge in basic on-site care, control, and maintenance of equipment and solar power generation systems, as well as controlling and inspecting operations through the Mobile Application on mobile phones.

Qualifications: Gender: Male Age: 25-30 years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical Power major (Possession of a professional license/Kow. will be given special consideration) Have at least 3 years of experience in drafting and supervising the installation of solar energy electrical systems. Able to use AUTO CAD 2D, 3D Sketch up, Microsoft office, and Microsoft Project very well. Possess good coordination and problem-solving skills; diligent, patient, enthusiastic, and ready to learn new tasks. Detail-oriented and careful in professional work; creative, thinks outside the box, and enjoys challenging work. Possess leadership, management, planning, and supervision skills; able to manage technicians or workers to complete tasks according to goals. Possess coordination, communication, and negotiation skills with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations and complete work according to goals. Fair speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
