Design Engineer and Solar Rooftop System Estimator (DESIGN ENGINEER)

1. Survey sites, environments, and preliminary data necessary for analysis, design, and estimation (ability to use drones for surveying will be specially considered).
2. Design and draw Single line diagrams of solar electrical systems and Sketch up 3D Program models for solar rooftop installations (the company will provide training on design and drafting according to company standards before actual work begins).
3. Perform occasional site inspections to ensure the designed system is implemented correctly.
4. Prepare calculation reports and energy yield assessments for the designed solar energy projects to propose to supervisors for presentation to customers or project owners.
5. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various materials and equipment used in solar energy system installation (the company will provide training on equipment knowledge and solar energy system installation before actual work begins).

Qualifications:

• Age: 25-30 years old
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, majoring in Electrical Power or Electronics (holding a professional license/Kow. will be specially considered).
• Experience in design and drafting for Solar Rooftop (solar energy system on rooftops) installation.
• Proficient in using AUTO CAD 2D, 3D Sketch up, Microsoft office, and Microsoft Project.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills; diligent, patient, enthusiastic, and ready to learn new tasks.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in professional work; creative, thinks outside the box, and enjoys challenging work.
• Fair command of English (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
