HVAC and FIRE Engineer

Public Television Company of Armenia invites an HVAC and engineering systems operation engineer to join its team, who will be responsible for the safe, uninterrupted, and efficient operation and technical maintenance of the ventilation, air conditioning, heating, cooling, automation, water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems of the Public Television Company's new television studio building, ensuring the continuous operation of broadcasting and production processes.

Ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation of the television studio's HVAC (ventilation, air conditioning, heating, cooling), water supply, drainage, fire protection, and automation systems,

Perform technical supervision of engineering systems, periodic inspections, diagnostics, and organization of preventive maintenance work,

Supervise the operation of BMS, HVAC automation, fire alarm, smoke extraction, and fire extinguishing systems, ensuring their proper integration,

Ensure the maintenance of appropriate microclimate conditions (temperature, humidity, ventilation, etc.) in television studios and technical areas,

Organize the implementation of planned-preventive maintenance programs, maintain technical documentation, inspection, and testing protocols,

In case of emergency situations, ensure rapid response, analysis of the causes of failures, and organization of recovery work,

Coordinate the work of contractor organizations, supervise the fulfillment of maintenance and warranty obligations,

Analyze the energy efficiency of engineering systems and propose optimization measures,

Ensure the compliance of systems with fire safety, technical, and industry-specific current norms and standards.

Higher technical education in heat supply and ventilation, thermal energy, building engineering systems, mechanical engineering, or related fields,

At least 5 years of work experience in the operation, maintenance, and technical supervision of engineering systems. Experience in large-scale infrastructure, media, data centers, or public significance facilities is preferred,

Knowledge regarding HVAC, BMS, water supply and drainage, fire protection, and building engineering systems,

Skills in reading technical documentation, and the use of AutoCAD and MS Office programs,

Knowledge of technical English and familiarity with industry regulatory requirements.
